All IPTV subscriptions provided by EPIX IPTV are digital products. Because of this, once your IPTV account is set up and activated on our system, we cannot reverse or cancel the delivery. Access details are unique and non-transferable, making them final once issued.
3. No Refund Cases
To remain transparent, here are situations where refunds are not possible:
- If you change your mind after purchase.
- If issues are related to your internet speed, router, device compatibility, or incorrect setup on your side.
